OUR BELIEFS ABOUT GIVING

While financial giving is crucial to enabling our church to operate, here are some more specific beliefs we have about giving at Connections.

WE HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY

We believe God created and essentially owns everything, and as His stewards, it matters how we use what God owns. The good news is that He has given us a clear idea of what He expects in Scripture.

WE NEED ACCOUNTBILITY

In response to being stewards, our church family annually elects a Church Board, because we believe financial oversight is an essential part of what it means to be an effective witness in the world today.

WE LIVE GENEROUSLY

We’ve committed to giving as generously as possible of our annual income. This has allowed us to partner with overseas missions, plant churches, and provide ministry within our church and community.

Below, you will notice a DONATE button.  We provide online giving by clicking the PayPal.  This gives you an opportunity to give in the event you are not at church or will be gone on vacation.  Please be informed that PayPal will deduct a small percentage from the amount you give for their service fee.

In order for CONNECTIONS COMMUNITY CHURCH to grow and provide ministry and outreach opportunities, we rely on the giving hearts of friends, family and church members.  Without pulling your giving from your local church, we would invite you to consider supporting the ministries of Connections Community Church.

“You will be enriched in every way so that you can always be generous.”  -  2 Cor. 9:11a

Giving is a vital part of spiritual growth. It is an expression of faith and reminds us that God has given us everything we have, and can be counted on to meet our needs (Philippians 4:19).
